These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Immigration API website and services provided by EasyTV Corp, a Florida corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Immigration API provides a RESTful API that enables developers to query publicly available USCIS case status information, track cases, and receive status update notifications. The Service includes our website at immigrationapi.com, API endpoints, documentation, and related tools.

2. Account Registration

To access the API, you must create an account and obtain an API key. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Exceed your plan's rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the API without prior written consent
  • Use the Service to collect, store, or process data in violation of any individual's privacy rights
  • Misrepresent the source or nature of data obtained through the Service

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas associated with your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse or exceed reasonable limits. Specific rate limits are described in our API documentation.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by EasyTV Corp and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. The data returned by the API is sourced from publicly available USCIS information and is not owned by us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data returned will be accurate or complete. USCIS case status data is sourced from publicly available information and may not reflect real-time case status.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyTV Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
